The victim's vehicle which was riddled with bullet holes through the driver's side front windshield was parked in front of Well's Fargo bank with damage to its front end. According to the family, the father worked as security and was hardworking and loving. Lt. Larry Crowson with HPD said, "We don't know if it was targeted, we don't know if it's road rage."
