As per WWE.com over the course of her multi-decade career, Tamara Lynn Sytch, as she is now known, has become one of the most well-liked female fighters in history. However, the beauty had no intention of going inside the squared circle. She had been an exceptional student in New Jersey as a teenager, receiving full academic scholarship to attend the University of Miami. Her life was drastically altered when she encountered Chris Candido, a little child. Aspiring to be a Superstar, Candido convinced Sytch to decline her scholarship and accompany him to Tennessee, where he was scheduled to start working for Smoky Mountain Wrestling, owned by Jim Cornette.

Following through, she enrolled in classes at the University of Tennessee, but Cornette quickly persuaded her to join SMW as an acerbic, self-styled manager who looked up to Hillary Clinton. Sytch concurred and showed herself to be a born villain, connecting so strongly with the crowd that supporters would jump over the guardrails to attack her live.

WWE quickly noticed Sytch’s unique combination of beauty and commercial acumen, and in 1995, he signed a contract as a result. She started off as a television correspondent but quickly went back to running Candido. The pair—now known as The Bodydonnas—became Sunny and Skip, arrogant fitness fanatics who took great pleasure in disparaging the bodies of every person in the WWE Universe.

Shortly after, Skip’s “brother” Zip joined the team, and together they won the World Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania XII in 1996.

Success in the rings continued. She introduced the WWE Universe to Ron Simmons as Farrooq and managed The Godwinns and The Smokin’ Gunns to the World Tag Team Championships. She also had the greatest pleasure of her managing career in 1998, when she escorted Hawk and Animal, two of the Legion of Doom’s most energetic members, into the ring at WrestleMania XIV.

Sunny’s time with L.O.D. 2000 turned out to be her final significant WWE tenure. She continued her career in world championship wrestling and extreme championship wrestling. As the individual who revolutionized the position of women in the WWE, Sytch will always be recognized.

She was more than your average dumb bikini model or flamboyant ringside valet. A rapid talker and pinup, she knew how to put on a show when it came to managing others. Put simply, she was attractive, astute, and strong. Though it’s up for debate, Sytch will never back down from her belief that she is the first WWE Diva.

“A performer who is all-around and well-rounded is what I define as a Diva,” she stated to WWE.com. When I came around, I could handle everything they threw at me, unlike the girls who came before me who were so one-dimensional. I was able to manage at ringside, co-host TV shows, broadcast, and jump in the ring and have matches. I completed everything first.”

Sunny has become the center of controversy as a result of remarks like these, but she doesn’t back down from it. She did, after all, speak her thoughts to get to where she is. And it was because of her unwavering independence and innovative style that Sunny was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2011.

    Tammy Sytch Partners

Sytch’s longtime lover Chris Candido, who would eventually introduce her to the professional wrestling business, went to the same high school as her. Candido was routinely supervised by Sytch from the beginning of his career until his passing in 2005. In the late 1990s, Sytch asserts to have dated Shawn Michaels for nine months. Bret Hart was a buddy of Sytch’s as well, and he would amuse his kids whenever Sytch went on tour.

    Tammy Sytch Sentencing

Tammy Sytch, better known by her stage name Sunny, received a sentence of more than 17 years in jail for her role in an automobile accident that claimed the life of a 75-year-old man. In response to the allegations arising from the March 2022 crash that claimed Julian Lasseter’s life, Sytch entered a plea of not guilty. Sytch struck a stopped Kia at a red light while operating a Mercedes-Benz, according to police reports.

Additionally, her driver’s license has been permanently revoked.

TMZ.com claims that during her address, Sytch sobbed and expressed regret for what she had done. “I know my words are not enough but please know that I think about you everyday,” the 50-year-old stated at one point, turning to face the victim’s family.

Before being led out of the courthouse by officials, Sytch looked stoic when the judge finally sentenced her to 17 years in jail.

Authorities claim that Sytch struck Lasseter as he was stopped at a red light. They said that she had a blood alcohol concentration of at least.08 at the time of the collision.

Over the event, Sytch was charged with eight counts in total.

This wasn’t the first time Sytch was charged with driving after intoxication. She had been arrested for driving while intoxicated at least six times before.
