Sean Love Combs is an American Rapper, musician, record producer, record executive, and actor better known by his stage names Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, or Diddy.
New and horrifying accusations against Diddy have just surfaced. The accuser, who is anonymous, claims that while she was still in high school, she was gang-raped by Diddy and others. This is the fourth woman to come forward and accuse the rap star of sexual abuse following his ex-girlfriend Cassie’s claims. Three more women had come forward with sexual assult lawsuits.
The lawsuit which includes a “trigger warning” in bright-red letters on its cover page was filed by The Jane Doe in federal court. The accuser claims she met the mogul via Bad Boy Entertainment President Harve Pierre in 2003 in the Detroit area where he complimented her appearance and mentioned that Diddy was his best friend. Pierre invited the accuser to tag along with him in a private jet to go meet Diddy whom he said he would be pleased to meet her. The then 17-year-old accepted the offer and ended up in New York City where she met Diddy in a studio where he had an ongoing recording session. The accuser says she was still in high school when this happened. The anonymous accuser, now in her late 30s, has backed her bombshell claims with a photo of herself sitting on the singer’s lap.
She says that Diddy began wooing her with drugs and alcohol and in no time everything became a blur. She alleges that Diddy took her to the bathroom where he forced himself on her sexually from behind as she “hung over the sink. The accuser says she didn’t consent to having sex with singer.
The lawsuit alleges that the accuser was slipping in and out of consciousness and when she looked up in the mirror above the sink she realized that an unnamed man from the plane ride had replaced Diddy and was now sexually assaulting her. According to the filing, Diddy was watching the assault from a chair just outside the bathroom.
Ms. Doe claims the unidentified man disregarded her requests to halt and then moved aside to allow Pierre to pass. She says that after engaging in “nonconsensual vaginal sex,” Pierre “violently forced her to give him oral sex.”
MS Jane Doe claims she ended up in the fetal position on the bathroom floor and was later led out of the studio and flown back to Michigan.
She claims that for 20 years, she suffered in silence. Then, in a lawsuit, R&B singer Cassie filed a claim against Diddy, her former mentor and ex-boyfriend, alleging that he had raped her and subjected her to vicious beatings, drug-fueled hotel parties, and sexual assault.Only a day after the lawsuit was made public last month, Combs refuted the allegations in that case, and the parties came to an out-of-court settlement.
On Wednesday he tweeted out a new statement under the caption ‘Enough is enough’.
‘For the last couple of weeks I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy,’ he wrote.
